Chicken Nacho Platter

Directions

  1. Add one layer of chips on a parchment lined baking sheet
  2. Sprinkled one cup of shredded cheese then half of the chicken
  3. Add another layer of chips and the rest of the chicken and top with cheese
  4. Add olives and pickled onions
  5. Place in oven for about 5-7 minutes.

Dress with mashed avocado, organic sour cream, cilantro and limes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Siete GRAIN FREE TORTILLA CHIPS
  • 2 cups shredded organic raw milk cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • 1/2 cup pickled red onions
  • 2 lbs slow cooker shredded chicken
