Chicken Nacho Platter
Directions
- Add one layer of chips on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Sprinkled one cup of shredded cheese then half of the chicken
- Add another layer of chips and the rest of the chicken and top with cheese
- Add olives and pickled onions
- Place in oven for about 5-7 minutes.
Dress with mashed avocado, organic sour cream, cilantro and limes

- 1 bag of Siete GRAIN FREE TORTILLA CHIPS
- 2 cups shredded organic raw milk cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Castelvetrano olives
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions
- 2 lbs slow cooker shredded chicken
